The enema nozzle is an essential part of the enema system. Without enema nozzles it's pretty hard to have good colon cleansings. Although many enema nozzles look to the uninitiated as fierce instruments of terrible torture, those "in the know" begin spontaneously drooling at the mouth when confronted with a pear-shaped (and sized!) object designed for being shoved up the butt.
